Preparation & shipments
The delivery and pick-up times for your order are on average: from 24 to 48 hours to take care of your order placed before 4 PM.
48 hours Colissimo (day from Monday to Friday) for France and one week for the countries of the European Union. All our articles are delivered by mail for France, the French overseas departments and territories, Switzerland and Europe... LEH INVEST cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery of parcels. In times of high influxes such as Sales, Christmas or periods of traffic restrictions for trucks such as holiday departures, please provide 24 to 48 hours more on processing and transport time...
Shipping costs
For metropolitan France, delivery in "COLISSIMO 48H" is Free For the French overseas departments and the countries of the European Union, you will be charged a participation in the shipping costs variable according to the destination of the goods (one or more pairs). The amount of the levy will be automatically deducted from the invoice for all items shipped to "DOM-TOM" and other countries "outside the European Union".

Return exchange or refund:
Satisfied or refunded: If the products returned are new, any pair may be exchanged or refunded within a maximum of 15 days.
The pair must be in its original condition (not worn, dirty or damaged), in its original box and with a copy of the purchase invoice with noted on your intention to exchange or refund. Return costs are borne by the customer.
We will process your exchange as rigorously as your first order, without any additional steps on your part, and we will inform you by e-mail of the follow-up of your package.
The refund will be made without any additional steps on your part within 5 business days of the return to stock.
